This fall New York playwright Randy Noojin will present Hard Travlin’ with Woody at Zion Theatre. This one-man show, written and performed by Noojin, weaves together the stories and music of Woodrow Wilson “Woody” Guthrie into an evening of pure entertainment.
“Hard Travlin’ with Woody” is being performed in numerous venues across the country and receiving great reviews. Nytheatre.com posts “A constant delight, this is a great show for Guthrie fans and for those hearing these songs for the first time.” And Backstage.com writes, “Blows the dust of Guthrie standards, restoring their intended sting and deepening their soulfulness.”
“Hard Travlin’ with Woody” is being presented in collaboration with Sammy Mikulski and the Zion Theatre Group. Show dates are October 11, 12, and 13. All performances will be dinner shows.
