Auditions for Rosetta by Candyce Rusk will be held November 4th by appointment only. The 25-minute work in progress to be performed at the FronteraFest Short Fringe (January-February, 2014) is a play with music based on the life of Sister Rosetta Tharpe, known as the Godmother of Rock and Roll.
Needed for the work are two African-American female actors with good vocal ability. Character age ranges 45-60. Guitar experience is a plus. Auditions are by appointment only.
