Zach Theatre Auditions for Harvey, January 7
ZACH Theatre announces auditions for Harvey by Mary Chase on January 7, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the ZACH Nowlin Rehearsal Studio located at 1426 Toomey Road. Dave Steakley will be directing this Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy which recently had a successful run on Broadway at the Roundabout Theater.
"Austin's favorite actor" (according to the Austin Chronicle) Martin Burke stars as Elwood P. Dowd, a happy-go-lucky chap with a kind word for everyone he meets, especially his invisible best friend, a six-foot tall rabbit named "Harvey."
Rehearsals begin on April 22, 2013. The first preview performance is on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 and opening night is Thursday, May 23, 2013. Performances will be Wednesdays through Sundays weekly with the final performance on Sunday, June 16, 2013.
