When Wayside School was built, there was a terrible mistake made—single classrooms were piled on top of another, thirty stories high! (The builder said he was sorry.) Maybe that’s why all kinds of funny things happened at Wayside. Sideways Stories from Wayside School is a hilarious tale of Mrs. Jewels’ class on the 30th floor where things are pretty wacky: students are turned to apples for getting wrong answers, the new student turns out to be a dead rat and there is a loose cow in the building! Performed by students of ZACH’s Performing Arts School Pre-Professional program.
