Pianist with 1940s Swing Wanted: The Liberty Belles, KG Entertainment, for FronteraFest Long Fringe Production


The Liberty BelleWanted: Pianist with a great feel for the Big Band Era. 

This is a paid gig to accompany The Liberty Belles, an original comedy featuring music from the WWII years. Produced by KG Entertainment's Austin Producers' Club, the show will be launched at The FronteraFest Long Fringe, January 20 - February 3 (4 performances).

Auditions for LIBERTY BELLES, KG Productions at Dougherty Arts Center, August 26 and 28, 2013


Carolyn Kennedy and Peter Graupner of KG Entertainment invite Equity and non-AEA strong singer/ actors to audition for THE LIBERTY BELLES, a new musical comedy celebrating WWII music. 

Auditions take place on Monday, Aug. 26 and Wed., Aug. 28 at The Dougherty Arts Center, 6 - 9 pm, 1110 Barton Springs Rd. (click for map)
The Liberty Belles KG Productions Austin TXTHE LIBERTY BELLES is the music-filled story of the reluctant reunion of a famed vaudeville singing act whose former headstrong members try to bury some edgy hatchets in order to be part of an important USO show. Each of the Belles-to-be has a serious -- and secret -- reason for desperately wanting to get to the European Front!
Roles: Bebe LeGrand, 60; Wilhelmina, 44; Roberta, 43; Bertha, 30-36; Betsy, 20; Jimmy, 21; Max, 40-50; Benny, age TBD.
