The Thing That Ate My Brain…Almost examines Ms. Budd’s relationships with her brain tumor, her loved ones, and the world of medicine by combining performing art forms to affirm that creativity and curiosity are the best medicine.

First produced by Perishable Theater in Providence Rhode Island, The Thing That Ate My Brain...Almost was presented for one performance only at H Street Theater in Washington, DC as part of the VSA International Festival in June 2010.

"a unique production with universal appeal, "The Thing That Ate My Brain...Almost"is one 'wild ride' that everyone should take" -Molly Lederer, Providence Monthy
